A Career Built at the Heart of African Finance
Emmanuel Ernest Robinson's journey into financial technology began on the front lines of African microfinance. As Head of IT in one of the Biggest MFI in Africa — one of Africa's largest microfinance institutions — he witnessed firsthand the operational inefficiencies caused by outdated or absent technology. That experience planted the seed for what would become MYFOS.
In 2018, he was selected to visit ADA Microfinance in Luxembourg to study global financial inclusion strategies — a visit significant enough to be filmed and published on ADA's official YouTube channel, earning him rare international recognition among African fintech builders.
Armed with global perspective and African operational experience, he returned to Nigeria and founded TREM Business Solution — building MYFOS from the ground up: Africa's most comprehensive, AI-powered, multi-tenant microfinance core banking platform.
In 2025, Emmanuel attended the Africa Tech Summit in Nairobi, Kenya — representing TREM Business Solution on the continent's biggest technology stage and reinforcing its mission to modernize African financial infrastructure.

Emmanuel Ernest Robinson founded TREM Business Solution in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria — with a clear mandate: build world-class financial technology for Africa's underserved institutions.
Head of IT — LAPO Microfinance Bank
Emmanuel served as Head of Information Technology at LAPO Microfinance Bank, Sierra Leone — one of Africa's largest and most respected MFIs — gaining deep institutional knowledge of microfinance operations at scale.
ADA Luxembourg — Global Recognition
Selected to visit ADA Microfinance, Luxembourg to study global financial inclusion strategies. The visit was filmed and published on ADA's official YouTube channel — a rare international recognition for an African fintech builder.
Core Banking Platform Launched
MYFOS — Manage Your Financial Operations Securely — was launched as a full-stack, cloud-based microfinance core banking platform. Built on React.js, MYFOS v1.0 delivered loan management, savings, group lending, double-entry accounting, and 30+ reports.
Multi-Tenant SaaS Rebuild
MYFOS was re-engineered from single-instance to a true multi-tenant SaaS architecture. Over 64 files were rebuilt with full tenant-scoping, secure React Query cache isolation, and a dedicated Super Admin Portal for managing multiple MFI clients simultaneously.
Africa Tech Summit, Nairobi
Emmanuel attended the Africa Tech Summit in Nairobi, Kenya — one of Africa's premier technology conferences — representing TREM Business Solution and reinforcing its continental ambitions for MYFOS.
